Easy Ceviche Recipe Inspired by MasterChef
Ceviche is a refreshing dish where fish is “cooked” using citrus juice instead of heat. This technique was highlighted on MasterChef, where Irem struggled to perfect it.
Quick Recipe:

250 g fresh white fish

Juice of 2 limes

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1 chili pepper

Fresh cilantro and sea salt
Dice the fish into small cubes, soak it in lime juice for 15 minutes. Add onion, chili, and cilantro. Mix well and serve chilled.
